Free, being tied up trying to feel free but unable to escape, surrounded by the open space of the possibilities but stuck and afraid of the openness.
Vulnerable, when becoming vulnerable we feel very seen almost transparent showing and giving another person the layers to who we are feeling small and fragile, surrounded by space of what comes next.
No, saying “NO” is beautiful and powerful, we shouldn’t be afraid to say no but encouraged. Owning the word like it’s a performance.
